EA has reported that their FIFA 21 Challenge has set a new single-day viewership record for the publisher. Reported by The Esports Observer, the viewership number reached 254,000 in total, making it the most-watched FIFA esports event of all-time.
The event pitted professional players against esports stars, seeing players from Liverpool, West Ham United, Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan competing for $20,000, which would go to charity.
