Toronto Ultra win the Call of Duty League Major II

The team took down Atlanta Faze in the finals of the event.

The second major in the Call of Duty League 2021 calendar has concluded, and it has seen Toronto Ultra not only take home the victory, but do so by defeating favourite's Atlanta Faze.

The tournament that finished last night, April 11, saw the Ultra, the Faze, and the Dallas Empire make it into the final three teams, but after losing the winner's finals and the loser's finals, the Empire was knocked out before they could face Faze at the end of the bracket.

The match between Faze and Ultra ended up being an action-packed one that went the distance. Concluding with a 5-3 victory in favour of the Ultra, the Canadian-based team has taken home $200,000 in prize money, as well 75 CDL points, which currently puts them in fifth in the standings, just ahead of the Los Angeles Thieves.

Now that Stage 2 has concluded for the Call of Duty League, we'll have to wait a little while until Activision unveils when Stage 3 is planned to begin, and what the schedule for it will look like.
