The car brand Haval has announced that it will be continuing its partnership deal with Russian esports organisation Virtus.pro. The partnership that started back in July 2020 saw great success for both parties, and now the deal has been extended for the duration of 2021.

"We are proud of such a partner as Haval and are pleased with the results of our cooperation last year," said Sergey Glamazda, Virtus.pro General Manager in a press release. "Together, Haval and Virtus.pro managed to achieve their goals, so we are very glad to expand our partnership. The audiences of Dota 2 and CS: GO are different, and Haval will have more opportunities to implement its ideas."

The expansion of the partnership between Haval and V.P will not only see interaction between the esports organisation's Dota 2 team, but it will also reach its CS:GO roster. Haval is also expected to continue supporting the largest esports tournaments in Russia as part of this extended deal.

Jerome Saigot, CEO of Haval Motor Rus spoke about the extended partnership, saying: "Over the six months of cooperation with Virtus.рro, we have achieved impressive results both in terms of strengthening the perception of Haval as an innovative automotive brand, and in terms of its integration into esports." He continued saying: "In 2021, we are expanding our partnership with the esports club and expect further integration into such a promising industry."
