Deutsche Jahrescharts 2013

Rockstar hat in diesem Jahr gleich mehreren Unternehmen die Show gestohlen. Grand Theft Auto V nämlich eroberte nicht nur die Spitzenposition in den Jahrescharts. Das Spiel war sogar so erfolgreich, dass es einem zweiten Xbox 360-Spiel in den Top 20 verholfen hat. Ohne den Verkaufshit wäre es diesmal nur ein Spiel der FIFA-Reihe gewesen, das die Fahne hoch hält. Außerdem muss sich Electronic Arts zum ersten Mal seit drei Jahren mit dem zweiten Platz zufriedengeben. Und ohne Grand Theft Auto V hätten sich die beiden großen Blockbuster Tomb Raider und Battlefield 4 noch in den Top 20 mit ihrem PS3-Vertreter platziert.

Ansonsten ist es Nintendo gelungen einige der 3DS-Spiele in den Charts zu platzieren. Für die Wii ist nur Just Dance 2014 am Start, die Wii U taucht das erste und einzige Mal auf Rang 69 mit Super Mario 3D World auf. Insgesamt erzielte Nintendo mit Spielen für seine Plattformen einen Marktanteil von 26 Prozent in den Top 100, wobei die Wii durchaus eine wichtige Rolle gespielt hat. Microsoft erkämpft sich 13 Prozent - allerdings nur mit der Xbox 360. Der PC erobert stolz 27 Prozent. Wenn wir bedenken, dass ein großer Teil davon inzwischen eigentlich digital vertrieben wird, ist das Ergebnis grandios. Sony beansprucht die Führung mit 34 Prozent für sich. Die Playstation 4 macht davon immerhin schon fünf Prozent aus.

Zu den Verlieren in diesem Jahr gehört unter anderem Rayman Legends, dass noch hinter Spielen wie Driver: San Francisco, Saints Row: The Third und Mario Party 8 ins Ziel kommt - selbst Rayman Origins war erfolgreicher. Ähnlich erging es Batman: Arkham Origins. Besser verkauft hat sich im letzten Jahr nämlich trotz seines Alters Batman: Arkham City. Und nur wenig besser als der gliederlose Held war Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 - für Konami sicher enttäuschend. Und wenn wir noch die Frage klären wollen, ob Disney Infinity oder Skylanders ein größeres Publikum erreicht haben: Die Variante von Disney erreicht einen schwachen Rang 83. Activision Blizzard können ihren Erfolgstitel Skylanders Swap Force bis auf Rang 29 katapultieren. Und auf Rang 32 folgt bereits Skylanders Giants. Hier nun aber die Charts als Auflistung:
